1. Refunds and Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase if the item is not what you ordered for and we mistakenly sent you the wrong item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

We do not accept refunds for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

We require an official and genuine receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email or call you to confirm its arrival. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 45 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank to inquire about processing times.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are not what you ordered and the mistake is deemed to be ours. If you need to exchange an item for the same one note that it will be at your cost. Please email us at info@patiooutdoorfurniture.co.ke and we will guide you on how to proceed.

Shipping for Returns

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

If you are returning a valuable item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
